Terms and Conditions
Dorm, Eco House, Caravan & Camping
1. Once you have made a booking you have entered into a contract with Phoenix Park. For accommodation bookings you will be required to leave a credit card number as a security bond when you check-in.
2. Valid credit card details will be required for all Dorm and Eco House bookings – security bond purposes
3. Please call 0427305629 during office hours if you are arriving after hours. No arrivals after 9.00 pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
4. All sites are Powered: prices are based on 2 people, extra people (aged over 3 years) are $20/night (adult), $10/night (under 18), under 5 free
5. Pets are ALLOWED in Camping accommodation. For health and safety reasons Pets are strictly prohibited from Eco House and Dorm accommodation types (Unless by prior arrangement for medical, service or working dogs).
6. Accommodation areas include standard cleaning fees; however, if the owner has additional cleaning to undertake due to pet’s mess inside additional cleaning charges at the rate of $50 per hour will be charged for any cleaning costs associated with this.
7. We understand how important your pet is to your family, so we are pet friendly in our caravan and camping sites only, and at Managements discretion. All pets must be kept on a leash, controlled, and supervised at all times. No pets are to be left unattended in the park at any time.
8. Guests are responsible for ensuring all animal waste is removed, bagged and disposed of in a bin. The pet owner agrees that the Park Manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose pet is deemed noisy, disruptive, and/or aggressive, or is the subject of complaints from other guests.
9. Check-in: after 2.00pm and Check-out: strictly 11.00am. (Or unless prior arrangement)
10. All roads to be kept clear at all times. Speed limit around park 10kph.
11. Push bikes, scooters can be ridden between 8.00am and dusk. (HELMETS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES)
12. No washing cars, boats or caravans due to water restrictions.
13. Minimum age to make a reservation: 18. A responsible adult must accompany any persons under 18
14. Noise levels. We must maintain a reasonable level of noise as to support the needs of the surrounding community in which we live. Therefore, we abide by all EPA Victoria noise regulations. Outdoor music must be switched off at 11pm. Indoor music must be maintained as per EPA decibel guidelines (Indoor; after 11pm; 20dB during the night from Monday to Saturday; 10pm Sunday). No Subwoofers are permitted after 11pm indoors
15. By entering the Park, a guest agrees to leave their accommodation/site and any facilities used in sound, clean and tidy condition. If the accommodation or site is found to be excessively dirty, the guests accepts they will be charged an excess cleaning fee of $50 per hour. All guests are liable for any loss or damages to the Park property. All damages, breakages or losses to the property of the Park, including furniture and furnishings, are to be reported and paid for by the guest. Any faults or breakages discovered by the guests must be reported within one (1) hour of arrival or we may consider damages to be the responsibility of the guest.
Additional information:
Dorm Accommodation:
No indoor furniture is permitted to be moved outdoors
Please bring your own outdoor furniture if you require it for a large event
We are happy for the Kitchen/dining room to be rearranged for an event (indoors); however ALL furniture must be returned as found upon arrival. If not this will incur a $50 fee restoration fee.
Late check-out option – only applicable to Dorm area if available (i.e. no group booking for same day arrival)
Eco Houses:
No furnishings or kitchen items are to be removed from these houses and used in the Dorm accommodation area. A minimum $50 fee will be incurred for all replacement/breakages that are deemed unreasonable up to the cost of replacement of household items.
No late check-out option due to cleaning schedule (we are a small business with limited timely cleaning resources available during weekdays)
DISCLAIMER: Owners and / or Management assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of any kind. We reserve the right to select our clientele and guests. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) for detrimental conduct or failure to abide by our rules. Your reservation guarantees you a site/eco house or dorm room. Please note booking conditions apply.
CANCELLATIONS
Please be aware from 1st January 2025, our cancellation policy applies
Our Dorm Cancellation Policy for all bookings is a minimum of 12 weeks for return of full deposit
Eco houses – 14 days prior notice for reimbursement of any deposit
We don’t take deposits for our camping sites so there are no cancellation fee’s
All cancellations must be made in writing.
